You can however still try the following method to unlock your phone. Let us know if it works.
1 - Switch ON your GSL Zircon with a NOT ACCEPTED* SIM Card,
2 - Enter the Unlock Code.
*NOT ACCEPTED : We mean, to use a sim card from a network other than the network your GSL Zircon is locked to.
